SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING (SGPT)

This is personal training made more affordable — and way more enjoyable. Small Group PT gives you individualised coaching in a supportive group of people just like you. Perfect if you want to get stronger, look more toned, rebuild confidence, and train without pain. Every session follows your personalised plan, with technique coaching, mobility work, progress tracking, and weekly check-ins. It’s structured, smart, and designed to keep you consistent long enough to see real results.

1-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

his is the most direct route to results. 1-1 PT gives you exclusive coaching, full privacy, and a completely customised plan for your goals — whether that’s injury rehab, toning, building strength, or managing energy and hormones. You’ll train smart and safely with personalised strength work, mobility and stability coaching, nutrition improvements, weekly check-ins, and support between sessions to keep you on track.

LARGE GROUP CLASSES

If you love the energy of training with others, but still want proper coaching and safe technique, our group classes are for you. You’ll build strength, improve conditioning, tone your body, and leave with more energy for daily life. Each session is coached by experts who guide your form, help you progress, and make sure you feel confident — whether you’re new or experienced.
