Do I have to be fit to start?
Not at all. Most people join after long breaks, injuries, parenting, or stressful years. We meet you where you are — not where you “should” be.
How long before I feel a difference?
Most clients feel better energy and improved movement in 1–2 weeks. Visible tone appears in 4–8 weeks with consistency.
What if I struggle with consistency?
Good — that’s exactly why we exist. Your coach keeps you accountable every week. You’re never alone.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept major cards, monthly memberships, clip cards for classes — and Friskvård.
Will strength training make me bulky?
No. Strength training helps adults over 35 look toned, not big. It boosts energy, confidence, and metabolism.
I have injuries — can I still join?
Yes. We specialise in training around (and improving) knee, back, shoulder, and hip issues.
Do I have to give up my favourite foods?
Absolutely not. We build nutrition around your life, not the other way around.
